MIDI Biscuit, 1999

The MIDI Biscuit was a generic MIDI interface that could be connected to a microcontroller with a ribbon cable. It's about the size of a Triscuit (hence MIDI Biscuit). The small board on the left is the Biscuit. The one on the right is GenCon 1, a $10 micro-controller that was the center of my modular digital design kit.
